ABOUT
Meghan Kane is a doctoral candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on gratitude and leadership in the workplace, focusing on how interpersonal relationships and emotions influence employees. Meghan’s work has been presented at prominent conferences, including the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Southern Management Association Annual Conferences. She has received recognition for her research contributions, including the Best Overall Conference Paper award at the Southern Management Association in 2023.
Additionally, Meghan is dedicated to teaching and mentoring. She has served as an instructor of record for undergraduate Organizational Psychology and helps prepare students to navigate and contribute positively to their professional environments.
